Director's Message

Director's Message

The Alard School of Business Management (ASBM) is one of the latest constituents of the Alard Group of Institutions, which was established in 2007. In keeping with the norms, standards and expectations of the AICTE, it aims to achieve academic excellence in management education and training and build sound professionals to serve with Public / Private / Corporate sector.

In today’s business context, Management Education & Training demands a diagnostic approach to understand the differences between what is needed by the business organizations / industries and what is being offered by business schools and training centers to management students / trainees, because what was done yesterday does not necessarily remains a formula for success in the volatile market today.

Since we have the autonomy to conduct the PGDM program in the desired manner subject to, of course, prior approval by AICTE for any major changes, we follow this diagnostic approach and make our constant endeavor to provide need based management education and training to our students. Our updated course curriculum, competent faculty, innovative teaching methodologies, intense institution-industry interface, research oriented studies and assignments, state-of-the-art infrastructure and, above all, the value additions for over-all development of students; are the differential hallmarks of our institute.

The MBA program is conducted as per the course curriculum of Savitribai Phule Pune University (Earlier known as Pune University). It is our endeavour to train and prepare our student in such a way that by the time they are on the verge of finishing their studies, they become employable and Industry ready.

I am very confident that all the students aspiring to join our two years full time PGDM or MBA program will have an eventful tenure of their academic pursuit and prove to be assets to whichever organization they join in the days to come.

With my best wishes
Dr.A. K. Lal
Director
Alard School of Business Management

About us

About Us

Alard School of Business Management is promoted by Alard Charitable Trust (ACT). Education is the priority area for India to develop the strategy for self-reliance. It also helps in improving the economy of the country. The trustees felt it necessary to start good educational institutions in various urban and rural areas so that the percentage of literates increases. They felt that education should be available to everyone who desires to get literate. With this noble cause in mind the Alard Charitable Trust was established in the year, 1999.

The Trust aims to provide value education and the importance of India Culture and heritage through their various courses. The Trust wants to create an exemplary institute of Education, which would be torchbearer for other institutes in future.

The Alard School of Business Management is established to give proper vision to the young learners so that they would be able to reach their goals. This institute is located in Pune with excellence infrastructure and dedicated faculty. Hence taking admission in the Management institute at Pune, is a worthy cause, which is sure to result in a fruitful future. The objective of providing education in Management in a corporate environment has been possible due to the sincere and dedicated efforts of the members of ACT who have invaluable experience in varied areas like academics, industry and in the field of social work.
